Jigsaws

What have you been doing to keep busy during Lockdown? I have been baking more, reading lots and writing more often.

Andy and I have been doing jigsaws together, something we would never normally do! I think we have done about 10 so far!

I used one of my favourite photos from our India Trip to create a 1000 piece jigsaw for Andy for his birthday. We have just completed it.

It was fun to do and brought back memories.

Here are some of the other jigsaws we have completed.

Norwich Market
Delivery at the Railway Inn
On the Canal
Japanese Pagoda
Polperro and Mevagissey
ice creams
The only 1,500 piece puzzle we have attempted
Near where we used to live

Enjoy whatever hobbies/activities that are keeping you busy at this time and may we soon get back to my favourite activity – travelling.

Stay safe

  1. You HAVE been busy. Didn’t know you were into jigsaw. The one taken from your India photo has come out brilliantly. I’ve got a couple of good photos that would make great jigsaws – one from Tunisia and one from Monaco. Where do you get them done?

  2. Hi Carol,
What a great way to spend some time. Anders and I can’t do jigsaws together,he just can’t deal with me checking the box picture all the time!!!! My jigsaw skills are pretty poor! Usually it is Anders and Max that work together – in silence!
The amber fort picture is brilliant and it’s amazing that you have actually stood there and taken the photograph.
I like the jigsaw of the swimming pools in Norfolk. I also like the look of the Rupert Bear one.
    Hope you are ok,
    Love Ruth xxx

    • We have never done a jigsaw together prior to lockdown, we occasionally helped my mum with hers.
We are fine. Good luck in school this week.
